False notification e-mail

Dear Support team,
This is one of the harmless bugs but yet it's still a bug that I hope you will the root cause for in the future.
As you may can see below i've got an e-mail in my homepage about my active driver being released by my team (a shocker!!). Fortunately that notification e-mail was not correct and the driver is still employed by my team.

Hi Mohammad, I'm not sure what you saw, but that was your previous technical director. So there is no bug here :)

You are absolutely right !! Clearly I am not sleeping well these days lol
