Hey, I am level 7 now, but I still cant upgrade my technology or youth academy. It says: Available at Level 7/5, but I am already Level 7. I upgradet the Simulator normally, but I cant upgrade technology/youth academy. Can someone help me please?

The usual reason for this is that another building is still in the progress of upgrading. You can only upgrade one building at a time but for some reason the notification still is displaying the level one instead of the 'You must first complete the construction project currently being built' one even if you match the level.

Okay thank you. My upgrade is finished now and I can upgrade the youth academy. Thanks :D
