hello, I suggest the following options:
* notification of the sale of a pilot or a staff member;
* possibility to open selected pilots or staff in a new window;
* analytical detail of the balance sheet;
* search by name and surname also for pilots and staff, not only for players or teams;
* possibility to propose offers to a player to buy his pilot or staff;
* after 10 days a player does not make races to make the pilot and staff available for purchase;
* enter a direct comparison of your car with the other teams.

1) This is already in the game, just shortlist the staff you want notifications about. Unless you mean out of app interactions, in that case I agree.
2) This is literally in the game, there is literally a massive "change" button when you click on drivers and staff
3) No idea what a balance sheet is...
4) You can do this you know? If you type a valid name in the "find" feature you can find lots of drivers and staff, just scroll down to to the drivers & staff section when you're on the page
5) This will make it too easy for bigger teams to transfer really good drivers to smaller teams and it's already easy enough, most people will just say no or won't answer anyway...
6) 10 days is way too low, what if you're going on a holiday? Plus some people do 1 race a week, what if you take a break at the end of the season? This suggestion will need to be more adaptable to different situations...
7) I agree, I want to be able to directly compare how much dp I have to my direct competitors not just random people in the league. I feel this would make dp placement a lot more strategic and meanigful than what it is now (literally just spamming dp in one area)...
