can't buy staff in transfer

i cant buy new staff in transfer, if i click them and i want to buy them instantly then nothing happens.
if i want to buy them by bidding this doesn't work either. so now i have 2 staffmembers that are 1 star.

Hey Erwin what's your internet connection? If it's public this could be causing firewall to block transfer market or poor connection please try to connect to good home Wi-Fi or mobile internet. Hope this helps.

Same happen to me, i use my mobile network. And the only thing that it do just greyed out the button.
