Parts problem with facility! - NOT ABOUT WATCHING ADS

I am level 16. I have level 16 manufacturing facility. I earn 16 parts after each race. I need from 20 to 22 parts to fix my cars everytime. How am I supposed to fix them if I keep losing parts?? I'm posting this here cause I'm sure there is something wrong, cause I have other accounts and this doesn't happen to them. On the other accounts I have 5 stars manufacturing facility too and I can keep up with the fixing thing, cause I earn more parts than the number I need to fix my cars. But with this account I'm going crazy. I keep asking for parts in the thread as the blue button for free parts never worked for me in my country. But only with this account, as for the others I don't need to ask cause I can produce enough parts. But on this account I just can't. Can somebody please take a look and tell me what's wrong? This is driving me crazy..

Think this is a thing with high lvl accounts especially. Always thought it was to induce players to watch the ads.

You can opt not to repair parts the last 2 races to stock some up for the next season, as at the beginning of the new season your cars get auto-refitted with engines and parts not deducted from your stock.

This is because the higher level design facilities will result in more parts needed to repair the car.
