Lost account using app on ipad

Hi, 
Yesterday as soon as finished my race, my igp app on iPad crashed. I tried to log in again and the game asked me to create a new user and team. I didnt log in with Facebook and i Didnt usa an email. Simply, i used to log in on my ipad.
Now ive created a new user & team (same name) and i joined same old league. Im rookie,  and my old team is Elite.
Any chance to have back my old account? Thxs in advance.
