Race was not loading

Looks like a bunch of people could not load the race about an hour ago. Mine got stuck at 0% Negotiating. Several other teams said they couldn't get in either. Cleared the cache but didn't help any.

No first race for Elite but for Rookie and Pro no problems...
Tomorrow that is the second race for Rookie and Pro but it is the first race for Elite ?
Is that normal ? No problem will appeared ?

I'm in the Rookie tier of the same League that matt belongs to (International Championship). As he indicated a lot of the Elite tier managers couldn't attend yesterday's Belgium race because of the issue that disrupted the service.

Based on the input on the league's wall most of the managers don't mind re-running the Belgian iGP out of fairness. But we need to know whether the race will be re-run or not since we are still getting the Italian iGP as our next race and so far I (and probably all the other managers) have prepared for the Monza race. 
Please confirm that the Belgian race will be re-run in our next race time, on Friday, so we can plan accordingly.

Thanks Mohammed, we will notify Jack, however in order to re-run a race we will need the league host to contact us directly, if you could please ask them to do so.

Apparently I spoke too soon because we couldn't reach a consensus in the league about re-running the Belgian iGP. It seems we are going to move forward with our season as planned.
