When searching for drivers and staff I think it would be a good idea to be able to filter your search. ie You could be looking for a young (at most 25) driver, health (at least 75%) and overall (at least 4). This could help I think when looking for a driver or member of staff.

Concur with a better filter system.  At least be able to pick specific levels, then sort from there.
