What about creating an alternative rating system based on activity, which includes daily presence and live race attendance? So that would result in 2 benefits especially valuable for league owners: active players are going to be easy to spot as well as leagues could be sorted by activity rating, because high activity (meanig high competitiveness) is much more important than traditional rating.
