Technology Issue

After waiting 5 days for Technology centre to be built on the app version It built and seemed to freeze at 0 time remaining. I went onto the quick build area for 0 coins and it appears to have started to build all over again at 5 days. No star is showing as Technology centre level so it appears that the 5 days as reset with no improvement to the facility. Ideally I'd like this reset to one star and the timer stopped so I can do my Academy next on building up my facilities. Thanks

I posted this on Support but have had no response so putting in this section as well. I am using app version.

I waited 5 days for the Technology Centre to be built and on being built the Timer stuck at 0. I had the option to speed up for 0 coins and did this only for the timer to reset to 5 days build time. It appears that the level has not increased of this building also even though money was taken from my finances. Can you investigate this on my account. Annoying as lost 5 days I wanted to put into Youth Academy as now level 7. Thanks

Hi Stanley! This isn't a bug. Any facility that isn't available from level 1 is a facility that must be built before it can be upgraded to begin providing any benefit.

What this means is, anybody who builds the Youth Academy will see it as not capable of doing anything until they build it to level 1 after.
