A question, a driver that take in accademy talent 20 with a value of 10 milions, is better of a driver of the accademy talent 20 with a value of 6 milions?

The value of drivers is randomly generated it has nothing to do with how good or bad a driver is. What matters is drivers stats, talent level, age, weight etc.

A lower level driver trains faster, this is also true for the younger ones. So I would take the lower level / age and train him/her the way I want.

I also moved this thread, as it fits better in help and support than game suggestion.

He don't speak of level, but of valuation of the drivers. With the same talent 20, a driver's value is 6 millions and another 10. His value will never change. Is better the driver with a value of 10 milions?
