Is there any advantage if I have reserve TD (of course 5 stars) ?

Assuming you definitely mean Technical Director (not Chief Designer) IMHO there is no advantage. On the contrary, it's a huge drain on your bank account.

Yes I definitely mean Technical Director, I ask that because I have couple TD shortlisted and two of them is in same team and couple days ago manager extend their contracts by 50 races more.

I don't know why my earlier response posted twice. Multiple CDs can be used to improve your car design but spare TDs are a waste of money.
