I cant go to race

The "go to race" key does not appear before the race. The results of qualification also do not appear. Phone samsung galaxy j7. On the other phone this problem is not.

It was late to start, we've seen a couple of cases of this tonight and will be investigating how this happened tomorrow.

The problem repeated itself again. VPN included, phone rebooted-did not help.
