Unwanted league

Some random guy has added me to his friend list and then made me manager of his 2 empty leagues. How do I get rid of them or delete both?

Thought you could only manage one league.

I have no idea. I already have a league so i don't want these 2

You should only be a host of one league. Please post the links to these other leagues you are host of and do not want to be.

It's true, you can only make one league but this is easily by-passable by using the transfer host to option. It's the only reason as to why I'm able to have 3 leagues

I don't know the person who passed ownership to me nor do i want to manage his empty leagues

I was under the impression empty leagues auto deleted?
