Not sure how viable this idea is but I think it may help some new players that come into the game and stay here , My son races karts and the club he races at has a buddy system where more experienced karters take new karters under their wing to try to improve them and show them how the club works.

Maybe the Elites could do something similar with Rookies in our league's ,  Give them a basic understanding of the game and strategies.  Be interesting to see peoples opinions on this.

Thanks

Sounds like a good idea. I think quite a few experienced managers already help new players if they ask questions but it isn't a formal "buddy" system.

It could work but to be honest probably wont, lol

The best way to learn and enjoy the game us finding the right league.

Active and friendly is first, then having managers of a similar level next.

If you have these then you will enjoy it and will stay,  joining a league with managers much higher means your last and its not fun.

There really needs to be level caps on tiers so you cant be promoted if your below a min level.

It sounds harsh but a season or 2 lower down gives you chances to learn before your crushed by level 20 managers, lol.

They really need to increase tiers, 3 needs to become 5 that way moving from bottom to top would mean you had more time to grow and learn.
