Does fuel cumulate?

The title says it. Like, if your first stint is 7.7 laps and you pit on 7th, will that 0.7 lap worth of fuel remain in the car, and adds together with the new fuel?

No it won't. For example, if you programme a stint to be 25 litres of fuel and the car comes into the pits with 2 litres remaining, only 23 litres will be added. The car will leave the pits with a total of 25 litres as per your strategy.
