Tyre Temperature

My CD has a cooling weakness, and my tyres go easily to the top temperature. How do I cool them down, except by pitting and putting new ones on, or by reducing push?

 Cooling weakness only affects engine wear during the race and it doesn't affect the tyre wear or tyres overheating. Maybe you are running too high PL and tyres are overheating. Or your tyres DP are too low.
