Are there any plans to enable staff to be trained in order to adapt or change their strengths and weaknesses? I only ask as there never seems to be any new CD's put into the marketplace pool. Every time I look, there are never any CD's with 'attractive' strengths and weaknesses. All the CD's I see are not what you would call 'effective' to a teams chances, so making positive progression and competition harder and often impossible against managers who have 'lucked in' to decent CD's.

I think that's where the offices and hospitality headquarter bit should play more of a role where you can train staff in. Plus why do staff not increase as much in experience as drivers do.
