Hau manera de q el personal suba estrellas?? Lei Lei algo de visionar carreras pero no se. Mi escuderia es una sangría porque no ñaro de fichar gente mejor q cobra cada vez más. Es insostenible

Each time you level up the star's of your drivers, staff, facilities all go down. This is so you can upgrade them either by building higher level facilities, training drivers, buying staff with better stars. If you don't keep upgrading then your performance will drop away.

Meaning upgrading moral building, upgrades staff?
