Whenever you start a career/profile, no matter what nationality you have, all of your staff is from the United Kingdom. I believe it would be neat small touch to create staff that match the nationality of the player, it'll boost the realism and the relevancy of the player to the game! This will also gel well with the continuous addition of driver and staff names that you are also working on at the moment as well! I know iGP is english but come on! :D The image below and rookie driver championships say it all really

Yes, that would be a quite neat change. You start local, then you start to hire international talent and in the end you make your own champion drivers again. Although I'd wish there'd be like 25% of the YA drivers had a random nationality.
