That we can create privates leagues for play with ours friends is very nice, but I think that the game needs to have his official championship with all iGP managers, divided in various divisions like other manager games, for example GPRO (Élite, Master, Pro, Amateur, Rookie).

I completely agree that it would be really cool to have official leagues! I would really enjoy working my team towards some official leagues, and it would incite even further than "just" the rankings.

Don't see how this would work as would require a lot of official leagues to meet what all players like from the game d8fferent race speeds race lengths race times

While the thought is indeed cool noone really figured out how it could be done. Even if it's only one 'official' race setting in terms of race length, race speed and cars number there's still 24 hours a day that need to be covered to serve the daily schedules of people around the world and even then some can't race daily or on certain week days.

The devs have often said they will eventually implement "casual races" which I assume could be done at any time against managers from anywhere. I'm not sure of the specifics, though.

I don't see any problem.
I play in others manager games, and they have his leagues.
For example, a race for week, you can do the qualy when you like, the day of the race, X hours before, closes qualy.
1 division group 1.
4 division groups 2.
16 division groups 3.
First 4 teams promoted to next division and last 4 teams descend.
Is only a idea. I know that this is difficult.

Ruben, gpro only works because the race you see is calculated and not live.
It is biased towards a set time and anyone outside that tine zone cannot even watch the race.
You do not make manual pit stops as its all set before the race, thats again because the race isnt live its a computer sim of how it thinks the race would go.
The guys here could trial a league of say 5 tiers, ranied simply 1 - 5 and ask for volunteers, pick ppl in similar time zones so all can make the race and see how it goes.
If those involved are happy igp could even look for host for official leagues so they do not have to field a million questions daily and anyone who wants to join an official league could, those that prefer how it is can stay in self created league.
Remember though, any rivalry or friends you may have in your league will most likely not follow you or even be in the same league.
For me having a rivalry gives me more reason to want to do well, racibg ppl i dnt kniw and who dnt chat coukd make it very boring
