Overtaking Chances, Road bumpiness, Fuel Consumption & Tyre wear, my question is, for example, when the black bar is tiny on say Overtaking chances, does it mean it will be hard to overtake or easy?!?

Large = Many, Small = Few. If hard try an position cars within 1 second of the car you are following to get DRS on the straight assigned to DRS on the track you are racing on. You will then overtake, most probably. Use boost button to get behind them but don't waste it if near DRS area, DRS will take over.I suggest reading the Beginners guide several times including all the comments on the forum. Then glean as much as you can from the advanced guide, some of the latter may not be easy to understand if just starting. They are worth reading again after a few more races. Tons of info.
