Merger of European and Latin translations (ES, PT)

The Spanish and Portuguese translations have had their European and Latin counterparts merged into a single translation.

There is now simply Spanish and Portuguese with no further subdivisions. This will make it easier for us to provide a high-quality translation in these languages.

There are potentially some issues with this update, so make sure you refresh /app if you experience any problems in the browser.
