in the pratice is not counting the time of return, for the 2 pilots, tires 100, gas 0.00. for today's race.

I've noticed this also. What I can do for now is wipe all of the laps which did not set a time and this will allow you to re-run them. It's not every single lap, it's an intermittent failure. Some work, some don't.
