During the Japanese GP today in the 'Undisputed World Series', I accidentally short-fueled my driver (K. Qatar). This meant I needed to stop again some time during the last 12 laps. However, I was unable to do so as the 'Pit Now' button became black instead of it's normal green and the text became white. Clicking the area did nothing, the button was just gone. The driver eventually pitted of his own accord on the penultimate lap. For the same reason, I was unable to cancel the pit stop (not that I wanted to). I was still able to select tyres and fuel amount. Once the driver had left the pits, the button returned to normal (became usable). For further specifics, I am using a PC.
I don't feel that this bug affected the race result, but I was left frustrated that I couldn't strategise better by pitting him earlier.
I fully understand and recognise that bugs will sometimes happen and am not writing this to complain. I am simply alerting you to what I believe to be an error.
