KERS has become a joke where teams are saving their KERS till the end of the race and whoever can save the most wins the race, strategy no longer plays a part
I do have some ideas
have 2 x drs zones in the races
and have so much kers per lap that recharges on the start/finish line

To counter that strategy use kers early for position especially during drs or to avoid drs and build a big enough gap early so late boosts won't make a difference.

How can strategy no longer play a part only because KERS managing is part of the strategy? That said, I think having KERS recharge a small amount every lap could be a good thing. As always, best if the league could decide on that. Like setting up if starting with 0 or 100% KERS and recharging 0, 5, 10 ... % KERS every lap and maybe toggle between the current strong momentary KERS and a much weaker but also lower consumption one for a longer over time boost.

That what i do now first 2 or 3 laps when i get boost i use up to 50% of boost or more, by the time final stint comes positions are pretty much decided.

Admittedly I blow about 90% of my KERS by lap 5 keeping up with SS runners on my hards.... tends to net me some points when they pit and i carry on.... But Im pretty bad at the game :)

5% recharge a lap would add an interesting dynamic to the live races for sure!

Lol, maybe come join the league Andy is in and show him how it's done. It's a very competitive league with the elites normally under a second difference in lap times.

I always try to save mine for last 5 laps as stated above. If my car is running faster than your because of setup and faster tires, why should I not get to save it?
