Technical director vanished

Yesterday – 5th July – I’ve purchased a technical director for 9 gold. And already sold my used one.
Both of them had level 20 mental and above level 15 both talent and moral.
After the race I didn’t get any developing points just the regular ones based on my building level.
Because the newly purchased - for 9 gold - technical director disappeared.
I’m very disappointing because I’ve spent 9 gold for an in game staff which disappeared, and already didn’t got the developing points approximately 30-40. How can I get back my gold or my purchased staff, and developing points. Urgent help needed!

Hi Zoltán, I'm sorry to hear about this problem. I've sent back to you the tokens you spent on having to acquire a new Technical Director again and added 10 more tokens to your account for the inconvenience. There would not have been anything I could do regarding the points lost regarding development unfortunately.
