Drivers of teams not in league no longer regenerate health

Hi all, this is a short announcement to let everybody know drivers' teams not in a league will be excluded from regeneration until their teams re-join a league.

If you have an account not in a league, but use to train up drivers, you'll notice their health is no longer regenerating. Their health will resume regeneration once their team is in a league again or are part of a team that is in already in a league.

That is all! 

I think its better this way, since drivers and staff get older only when the team are in a league running races, its fair that they cant train without aging too.
