Since 5 days ago that I'm having the same problem where it takes a long, long time to download the race data from my computer, today for example I started downloading at 12:50 (the race starts at 13) and then 13:20 I could enter. With the cell phone app I can enter normally.

i have the same problem,it takes 30 min or more to dowload the race

Hi Guys,
To help, can you confirm your computer OS, amount of memory (RAM) and what browser you are having the issue with? (Including this kind of info helps the devs look at your issue more quickly and probably makes it more likely you will get a quicker answer).
I know for example that on my laptop Firefox seems to load the viewer much more quickly than than say IE11, but since I had a 2GB memory fail reducing the amount of RAM I have they all take longer now.

If I ever experience the race viewer loading very slowly, I will clear the browser cache on laptop/desktop. If it is just the app version taking ages to load then I am at a loss to help you there. Clearing the cache always seemed to resolve the browser side of issues.
That is usually the first step of advice given by the support team here.
