Even before the the qualifying time i can't get to do my practice,train drivers and even save strategy it says it is locked because your team is already in a live event.when i try to enter race it just keep telling me ''the race has finished''

I am not complaining about race delay mate i asked why i can't attend any race on laptop it keeps saying race has finished i have to fall back to my mobile phone which is not convenient for me.

Same everyday i have been trying for a week now i can only spectate other races and i can't attend mine on laptop.i use moxilla firefox as my browser

When you are in the browser trying to load the race viewer, press F12 on the laptop keyboard. This will bring up the developer console. Please see if any errors appear here, and show us a screenshot of the errors if any are there. It should explain why it is not running if it's due to memory limits or anything else.
What you describe though doesn't sound like this kind of problem, it sounds more like a connection issue. Either way, the logs might show us a clue. The message in the race viewer only shows the effects of what is happening, not the cause. We need to track down what is causing it.
