Why do I keep losing reputation points by winning? I'v been losing -3 points for the privilege of winning...

Do reputation points mean anything at all?

No, with the current way reputation is handled it doesn't really means anything. 

The reason why you're loosing reputation is that you're in a league in which you're supposed to be so much better that winning isn't actually any achievement anymore (like running a 911 in a stock VW beetle competition), at least in regards to the overall reputation present in that league (which means actual teams stats have nothing to do with it).
