ALSO, THEY SHOULD PICK 3 SLICK COMPOUNDS PER RACE (CONSIDERING THE TYRE WEAR) 


I like your idea, but we could start with 5 tyre compounds (which would be)

ULTRASOFT (US)
SUPERSOFT (SS)
SOFT (S)
MEDIUM (M)
HARD (H)
---------------------------------
INTERMEDIATE (I)
FULL WET (W)

I'd exclude the HYPERSOFT (HS) until the tyre compounds could suffer the wear adequately
