When you are trying to reconnect to your race, if you were unable to connect the first time, we recommend re-starting the app or re-launching your browser window to try connect. Whenever we hear of users unable to get in for 10-20 laps in these circumstances it's almost always because they tried opening the race before the start time (permitted, under normal conditions).
