Race start freezing

For a few races i connect before start, chat works well, i can see the grid, but can´t change push level, and on the time race begins but i can´t see or do anything, then i have to close and open again the race.

This happens with all browsers and app, with cable connection or 4g connection. I have uninstalled app and it´s stiil happening.

Don´t know what to do.

Please send us the link to the race in which you have suffered lag.

Your league mates suffer the same problem too or just you?

Hi Gustavo, are you having the problem on both a computer and the app?

There's some information missing, because it doesn't add up that you have this issue.

What computer or phone/tablet are you playing the game on?

Hei.
I am having this problem on both, on computer and the App.
My PC is a windows10 and my phone is a Samsung Galaxy J7 PRO.
Tried on home connection with cable and mobile connection 4G and have same issue.
Also, tried all browsers on PC and same problem happens.

Hi Gustavo, here's some things to try.

- On your phone, delete the cache stored on your phone by the app. Then, re-install the app. You can delete the cache by following the steps in this link: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-clear-app-cache-and-app-data-in-android-6-0-marshmallow/
- On your PC's browsers, clear the cache and cookies stored in the browser. If you know how, you can delete the cache and cookies for the iGP Manager website, rather than the entire cache and all cookies. Once you've tried both of these, let us know if these steps helped or not.
