Promote one team

Hi guys, I'm the host of the 'Drive Like You Stole it' league. On Friday are season finished with the first four teams being promoted to get are Elite up and running. My problem now, is that one of the guys promoted from rookie has gone and left, which means I'm left one short in Pro to keep promotion's active.. Is there a way to let the active guy that finished fifth in rookie,be promoted so i can continue to build this league. My worry now is with promotion not active,all my hard work getting too where we are will be undone..Thank you...

I would suggest as quite a few leagues are struggling to fill each level plus if you are kicking regularly to keep the league active it would be a good idea to promote the top manager if less than 8  to keep people interested. It could take quite a few seasons to promote if you kick regularly and get below 8 managers. I could just leave the inactives but this just clogs up the system as mentioned in an earlier thread and I really don't want inactive managers just doing nothing.

It would be good if the Devs could look at a way of solving this problem either by stopping creation of new leagues for a time or as above, at least promote 1 manager to keep the interest going.

Thanks for your input, like I've said,if i don't get one promoted up,all my hard work convincing people to stay and make it work is lost.. you can look around here for days trying to find an active league. 

The top 3 should always get promoted no matter the  number.

It should be aimed at filling the highest tiers, in a time when new players are not playing the gamethey are penalising players in lower tiers by stopping promotion.

Perhaps look at the system that assigns your tier, if you are inactive your exp should go down this means inactive players will be relegated through and to the bottom of your league system.

Not much point hanging around then as you could go for season after season and not get promoted even though you put the effort in to do your best and get no reward. This request was on behalf of a manager in our Pro league who will have to wait maybe 2 more seasons, that is if he stays, so it kills all the effort as the host to keep an active league. You really need to look at promoting at least the top manager if there are at least 3 in the league otherwise people loose interest.
