Are the tracks based on the real F1 tracks but not exact (due to copyright) ??

I've suggested to make a competition for Q3 to design a track of few to be added.
Right now though, F1 does not own the Tracks used, so copyright would not apply. These tracks are featured by iGP, not owned nor claimed, they are just a graphical representation with the same corners and straights of older style or current track layouts of each region.
