Hi.
I inherited my league & was wandering if there was a way to make it a 2car team instead of 1 Car. Is it also possible to invite named people to join or rejoin league? Asking due to 1member leaving after yesterday’s mess ups but now wants to rejoin. Can he come straight back into Elite tier or would he have to go back to Rookie?

It's not possible to change a 2 car league to 1 cars or vice versa. There's no option to invite people, but you can put a password on the league and share it with them, which is effectively the same as an invite - only those with one will get in.
