Is there a possibility that a introduction of loaning out youth drivers for them to gain exsperiance to lower level teams with a option of what percentage of wages would be paid and for how long to the game might make it intresting

Not good, give a lower team a driver of 20 talent and he wins, he will not be learning the game just relying on other ppls fast drivers.

Join a 2 car team then you can use 1 car for you ger guys to buikd experience while your other car goes for wins.

In fact dan tyler your chance of winning increases  when your drivers stay together a whole race to give drs to eachother. Autherwise its a little bit of luck with taking drs off Doubled racers. I dont think that loaning is good because not everbody can Loan a driver and because of that it isnt fair to the others who try to build them self like we also had to do. For us its an advantage but for the lower levels not and how will you try to do it. A Loan for 1 season or 20 races and what if the lower level quitte the game. Then you lose your driver. Or of he is inactive and kicked by his league tegen your driver does nothing and he doesnt come back anymore

But if I think about it. You can allready do that. You create a 2e account or somebody that you trust buy your driver and rebuy him again. When he s experienced enough...;) when he comes out of the academy he is level 3 or 4 i suppose it only cost you 18 tokens

Why would you want to loan out a young driver you will eventually have racing for your team?

Experience counts towards driver level and you are then entrusting some random manager to train your driver in the way they wish not the way you want it done - if it is in fact a lower team, their simulation centre won't be as efficient either so training will take longer too.

Train your own driver to match your manager level then introduce them to the driver line-up. Let the experience build up once your driver is maxed out for your level.
