car research strange behavior

Hi, i'm experiencing this issue ...

after the last race i levelled up my manager from level 10 to 11, in my staff i had level 10 CD and TD, i bought level 11 CD and TD staff but research power didn't change it's always 67% also with level 11 staff, and both CD/TD level 10 or 11 have 4,5 stars displayed.

i didn't remember this behavior when levelling up, but i can be wrong.

As you go higher levels the research percentage lowers so that's normal. Of your level 10 staff were 5 star than once you level up to 11 your level 10 staff would go to 4.5 star as there level drops again this is natural. Every time you level up your staff and driver stars drop so you can keep training them or upgrade them. 

Hi, I know this, but both staffs CD+TD lvl 10 and lvl 11 have 4,5 stars with the same research power, and this sounds strange to me.

By the way now after I completed the last race I correctly see level 10 staff with 4 stars and level 11 staff with 4,5 stars, the first race after levelling up seems to be some kind of "limbo", but I didn't know if it was a bug so I wrote this post.

No problem some time it takes a little time and also due server migration things are a little off until all settles down.
