I'm just wondering that once your have all the bits and bobs sorted for iGP...
Will you be moving on to other types of Cars and Tracks?
W.T.C.C, NASCar, DTM's and so on... Even B.T.C.C. :)
I know you still have a million and one things still to sort in the future... Just thought I'de ask, as I think a load will sign up to this concept with other racing types.

Hey Rob,
i can tell you that there are plans to extend the range of iGP Manager towards other types of racing series. For now we focus on improving and extending the F1 Manager, as all of that will help us with future plans.
But the idea is still relatively far away in the future.

iGP Manager Support

I'd rather prefer the game remain where it is in terms of direction. To make Stock cars etc, it would require completely different mechanics and an engine redesign which iGP cannot support given it's currently development staff.

I'm sure you could pretty easily adapt iGP to IndyCar if you really wanted to. But I think what would be cooler than doing different types of series like Batracer would be to make the driver and team development path more realistic.
For instance, in a given league a manager could start out lower on the ladder series and have to work up (i.e. F3000 -> GP2 -> F1). Managers at the "Elite" level could then play cooperatively if they wish with "Rookie"-level managers' teams, marking them as "development teams." The development teams could get a boost in design and engineering and merchandising accordingly, BUT the Elite level team could also poach the development team's drivers and/or personnel in return.
In other words, you develop and refine the current environment to make it more immersive rather than branching out into other disciplines - thereby avoiding the cliche of "jack of all trades, master of none." :)
