Is there a proper way to go about joining two leagues up or will it just be a case of managers from one join the other league at the end of their season?

I have read the change in the way design points are calculated for joining a new league so it seems like it will be the case but thought I would ask anyway.

Nope just discuss between two leagues which league will be kept alive and so players can move to that one. That simple.
