Just wondering if anyone knew the lowest weight a driver can drop to?
Tried searching but cannot find an answer.

Hiya Steve

Male Driver 51kg

Female Driver 46Kg

Train physical first to get the weight of the driver down to minimum weights, then train driving ability and last to be trained is mental
