HI guys..I have encountered this problem since early this morning where everytime I open the game android app on my Sony Xperia Z2 tablet, it won't even load the login page..I've tried to clear the game data and cache but it doesn't work..Next I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it but still the problem persist..I even went as far as factory resetting my tablet but nothing changed..Somehow the game works fine on a browser and PC..
Are you all seeing this problem only on the app? Are you able to login when using a browser?
And are you all currently in your home country (Spain, South Africa, Israel, Russia, Brazil) or are you located somewhere else now?
Using wifi or 4G on your mobile?

Please try clearing the cache for the app and restarting it. I have commented out some code which I think may be causing problems on older Android devices.
Which version of Android are you using?

We have been experiencing the same problem for more than 2 weeks now
We need to know more information about this. What version of the app are you using? Have you tried clearing cache?
I use Android 6.0, but at the moment app works fine. It's not that bad as it used to be when it couldn't load the game without VPN. Now I face problems from time to time, even though I clear cache every time it goes with the black screen.
