Only 1 car in a 2 car league?

One of the teams in the league that I'm in seems to only have one car running, despite it being a 2 car league. He does have 2 drivers under contract, and at 100% health. So could anyone please explain why only one car is running? 

I had an issue a couple of seasons ago where I sold one if my main drivers and got a new one in...completed practice/qualifying but not in race.....

Turns out it was my fault as I hadn't reselected the new driver as the main....maybe that's if some use...

As far as I'm aware, both drivers are the same as the previous races, however I appreciate the effort to help.

Go to drivers and staff section and reselect the drivers again by clicking on change then using the ticks on the side then confirm. See if that works if not then if the game is linked to an email or Facebook then delete the cache and data then restart the game sign in and see if that solves it. If still no joy then report back here we will have to get a dev to check it out. 

It's worked for him for the next race, I don't know what went on but I will take this into consideration to prevent an issue like this from occcuring again. Thanks
