Plus 24 hours on all build

On all buildings I develop or build in headquarters I get 24 hours added on each and every one. Reported this several times now, but it is still happening. I think they should say then 4 days and not 3 days and the same for the 5 days builds make it rather 6 days. Cause this is a serious irritation for planning. Come on developers !!!!!

Does the system add the time to you instantly or after a few days?
