Shouldn't the drivers weight be limited (lower level), to have a male driver that weighs around 55kg and a female driver weighing in at around 46kg is just a nonsense. In the real world F1 drivers weigh between 68kg and 74kg. This would make the actual decisions in racing more important than just training your drivers down to weigh less? If it has no importance at all then why include it?

It has importance in this game, and this game works like this game works, and to be fair, it's most handy to have a driver with 20 stamina, so why not train him down to 51kg when you are busy with that already? It's only two clicks more.
