If my manager level matches or is above a drivers i should be able to buy him right?
Does it matter what level i am?
Say im a rookie, can i buy talent 20 drivers, someone in a league has done just this and dominates rookie with setting strategies or training the drivers.
Very often (but not always) these managers also have a L18-L20 primary account. He/She can use the primary account Youth Academy to scout Talent 20 drivers who are low level because all the other attributes are low, then sell the driver to their secondary low level account.
If you have such a manager in Rookie, chances are they've played the game for a long time and therefore know what they're doing. It follows that almost regardless of driver they're likely to dominate.

Over time I have helped a number of low level rookie and pro managers in our league by selling them high talent low level drivers from my YA. But without the experience elsewhere (design, race management, research etc.) they will still most likely be beaten by experienced managers even if you placed a "Tier limit" on driver talent.
I enjoyed working my up through rookie and pro and had battles against second teams and talent 20 drivers...that for me was jyst how it was and when you reach the elite league you might do the same....If you post in marketplace there's generally help there for what you need....
I do get where you are coming from but pretty much all of us had the issue....more satisfying when you make it though :)
sorry didnt really look into where you were at last night was getting tired lol....yes It most likely does put people off....I like the suggestion of capping at certain levels/tiers but not sure how that could be implemented for this as even lower teams in F1 get talent 20 drivers :P
