We’ve just finished our 2nd season. We deactivated promotions & Relegations at the beginning of the season 
until we get more new managers on board.
Just noticed all our attributes have reset to roughly half their values gain from design points during season 2.

Is this the norm going in to a new season????

Yes every season car design points are reset.
