How can it be that a designer I am interested in has been waiting for over 15 hours now to be confirmed by another team?

When I miss to accept an offer the negotiations end after 12 hours...

They did. I've rectified all instances of this and corrected the code that was allowing it to happen.

You can approach those staff now.
