manufacturing upgrade broken

Hello, for some reason it wont upgrade above 4 stars

Please explain better your problem. One line of text isn’t enough.

it started, when i was level 16 (i think), upgraded 4 stars manufacturing and it stayed 4 stars after completion, although i lost time and money. every time i levelled up i have tried the same, since i thought it could be one time bug or level specific bug or whatever, but no change. just few days back tried to upgrade 4 star manufacturing again, it took the money, the timer counted, but afterwards it was still 4 stars.

You're right, I've set you the right level and refunded the money and tokens spent.
